On all our activities as freight forwarder and customs related activities the latest version of the Dutch Freight Forwarding conditions (2018) excluding the arbitral clause is applicable. These conditions are deposited with the District Court of Rotterdam , The Netherlands, and can be sent free of charge upon request.

Activities are performed exclusively under Dutch law

All our activities relating to warehousing and/or value added logistics are governed by the latest version of the Logistical Services Conditions (2014) excluding the arbitral clause. These conditions are deposited with the District Court of Rotterdam, the Netherlands and will be sent free of charge upon request. Any inconsistency as to the capacity in which Slager Expeditie operates and/or which general terms and conditions apply, Slager Expeditie view is decisive.

All our activities are performed exclusively under Dutch law. The District Court Rotterdam, the Netherlands is exclusively competent. Our tariff includes commission. Slager Expeditie rejects any possible general terms and conditions from principal hereby.
